Returns & Refunds Policy (Digital Products)
At Perimic Designs LLC, we specialize in instant digital downloads, which means all products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital files, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are available once an order has been completed and downloaded.
Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital download products. Once your order is confirmed, the files are made available for immediate download and are considered delivered.
Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience a genuine technical issue such as:
- Corrupted files
- Missing download links
- File access errors
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at perimicdesignsllc@gmail.com, and we will assist you by providing a replacement or resolving the issue.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we offer physical products in the future, those items may be eligible for returns under a separate return policy. Any physical product return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be unused and in original condition.
Damages & Order Issues
If you receive the wrong file or experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
